Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders that exceed a specified cart value. Orders below this value may incur a nominal shipping fee.
International Orders: Shipping fees apply based on the destination country and must be prepaid. Additional taxes, customs duties, and import fees may be levied by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Shipping Timeframes
Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Domestic Delivery: Delivery within India generally takes between 1-7 days.
International Delivery: International deliveries can take 3-15 days. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Please provide accurate and complete shipping details, including name, address (house/plot number, street, area, landmark, city, state, postal code), and phone number. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delivery delays for which Scentual Perfumes is not responsible.
Order Tracking
- Notifications: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment’s progress.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled by logging into your account on our website, navigating to the Order section, selecting the order you wish to cancel, and following the instructions provided.
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
